What's your startup called? And in a sentence or two, what does it do?

FCQPlatform.com, is a global transaction platform based on Blockchain technology for the commercialization of Real Estate from the primary market.

What is the origin story?

The FCQ project will be a global transaction platform for the equity sale of real estate, based on blockchain technology. In the first stage, these will be commercial properties intended for investment purposes, those that generate a maintenance-free rate of return for investors.

The work on the FCQ project began in 2019. In June 2020, the project was favored by the VC Impera Alfa fund, which resulted in receiving a grant from the National Center for Research and Development for the implementation of the MVP platform. The alpha version of the platform with the possibility of user registration as well as adding and reviewing available properties is scheduled for the end of June 2021. The fully functional version of the platform will be available for users by the end of September 2021.

If you weren’t building your startup, what would you be doing?

I have no idea, FCQPlatform is the project of our lives :)

At the moment, how do you measure success? What are your core metrics?

One of the main successes was obtaining a grant from the National Research and Development Centre and winning the favour of Impera Alpha VC, who invested in our project in the initial phase. Another important thing is the launch of the Beta version of the Platform and the fact that more and more users are joining us.

Another success that we are counting on is launching the full public version and raising the second round of funding for further development of the platform, increasing employment, wider international expansion.

What technologies are you currently most excited about, and most worried about? And why?

Blockchain excites and scares the most at the same time.

Why? Because often the technology goes hand in hand with the nickname cryptocurrency, and it is not always connected to that.

What drew you to get published on HackerNoon? What do you like most about our platform?

Our team has long used Hackernoon as one of the main sources and inspirations from the Blockchain world. That's why we decided to leave a little bit of Ourselves here :)

What advice would you give to the 21-year-old version of yourself?

Keep your feet firmly on the ground and pursue the goals you set for yourself, don't always listen to the opinions of others.

What is something surprising you've learned this year that your contemporaries would benefit from knowing?

I think that not only this year, but also the previous year has shown that the world can look different, many things or businesses have moved online, we are also part of the online world and we want to give the best from ourselves.
