Hi ! Im Celine Onyawoibi Aju, I graduated from University last year June with a degree in law but I`m transitioning to educational development with a focus in teacher experience design.
Currently I work as a script writer for an EdTech company where our goal is provide education to children in low income communities. We are using animation as a medium to achieve this, so I guess you can call me an animation Script Writer. In two weeks I wiil begin working as a Tutor Experience Designer, where I will be designing the teaching experience of tutors to ensure they provide excellent teaching services to their students.

Do you usually write on similar topics? If not, what do you usually write about?
Yes! Absolutely! I write on everything education, curriculum design, teaching methodology, and the impact of technology on education. My write-ups are documentation of my findings on educational development as I look for ways to help schools and educational institutions undergo educational system transformation.
Great! What is your usual writing routine like (if you have one?)
I work on the pitch or draft during the weekend, precisely on Saturday and I write the article on Monday mornings between 7-9am WAT before the noise of the day begins. I then wait for feedback from the best editor ever @Sidra Ijaz!!!
Being a writer in tech can be a challenge. It’s not often our main role, but an addition to another one. What is the biggest challenge you have when it comes to writing?
Finding pictures for my write-ups comes in first place. Settling down to actually write during my scheduled time comes in second and in third place is deciding on what aspect of education to write on. Sometimes, I lose track of my goal because there is so much to write about on education.
What is the next thing you hope to achieve in your career?
Within the first quarter of this year, I would like to become a paid content writer for education blogs, organizations, and magazines. By the end of the third quarter I would like to have built my portfolio as an Instructional Designer and begun working as one.
Wow, that’s admirable. Now, something more casual: What is your guilty pleasure of choice?
I love watching animations! I try to watch a new one every week. I even follow Disney`s movie release calendar.
Do you have a non-tech-related hobby? If yes, what is it?
I love to cook, this year my goal is to cook a native meal from at least 12 different cultures.
