In this article I will explain how we can have Q&A website like Stack Overflow and it can harness all the advantages of Blockchain like zero downtime, secured etc.
Implementation:
- We will have a private blockchain ecosystem since we are dealing with an organization.
- Users will ask/post a question on the website.
- Any user (analogous to miner) can solve the questions. Each user will have a virtual score known as “Skills” points.
- When the user solves a question, based on the difficulty of the question solved(similar to “Gas in Ethereum”) we will increase and update the user “Skills” points.
- More the user’s “Skills” points, better the developer.
Advantages:
- This application will help recruiters hire the best of the developers for their organization.
- Since it will be decentralized, there will be zero server downtime.
- This particular product idea can be used in various domains where recruiting the best talent is very important. For example: The Healthcare domain can have use this product where “Candidates(Future Doctors)” can solve the medical diagnostic exercises and scenarios.
Cryptocurrencies may rise or fall. But Blockchain is for here to stay and we have to focus on its various use-cases and applications.
