Having a positive environmental impact has always been extremely important to me, so I'm glad that we can now have clever food tech platforms all around us as well. By using technology to improve production, food producers serve a larger global population more efficiently.

Sustainability will play an even major part and will be discussed deeply throughout education systems and the media.
