Hey Hackers! I’m Wojtek and I’m a Full Stack JavaScript Developer.

First of all, I’d like to say a huge thank you to the HackerNoon community for recognizing me as the winner of:

The 2021 Hackernoon Contributor of the Year - React: https://www.noonies.tech/award/2021-hackernoon-contributor-of-the-year-react

HackerNoon Reporter: What does it mean for you to win this title?

It’s an honor. It was one of my first articles ever, so it’s a nice surprise to win such a title already!

How do you or your company intend to embrace the responsibility of this title in 2022?

We intend to talk even more about React and its possibilities, of course. So more articles, more infographics, and maybe even a Gorrion Unplugged?

What are some of the goals you’re looking forward to accomplishing in 2022 (whether it be through company initiatives or your personal journey)?

In December 2021, I started a series of internal microservices workshops, so I’d like to carry that out and, hopefully, engage more Gorrions in the topic!

I’ve started also to use Go programming language which I really liked. And the last thing is to pass AWS certification.

Those are my goals!

As you look at the variety of concerning trends in the world around you, what solutions can you think of? Name three trends and three solutions. Be as brief or as detailed as you like.

That would be:

  • data anonymization and blockchain.

  • software scaling, deployment, orchestration and Kubernetes.

  • machine learning and tensor flow.

After participating in this journey, is there anything that you would like the HackerNoon team to know?

You’re doing a great job carrying this platform. I also enjoy your Facebook profile and all the memes.

What is something special about you or your company that you’ve rarely had the chance to properly share but really wanted to? (Give this one a proper think, I’ll know if you didn’t!)

We’re really fun to work with. Seriously. And not just because of the atmosphere that we try to create but also because of our can-do approach.

When we work on a project, we genuinely pour our hearts and souls into it. We can even train ourselves in electronics if that’s what it takes. (That actually happened, by the way).

What song or music album are you currently enjoying?

Currently, I'm listening to Swedish band - Ghost. But it changes very often, including music genres and artists. :)

What are some concepts you wish people knew more about?

Creating clean code & architecture, better business understanding and requirement acquiring.

Is there anything else you’d like me to know? It can be anything.

Nope, that’s it!

Thank you for everything that you do! – HackerNoon Team.

P.S. If you enjoy getting interviewed (AKA, the ol’ intellectual stimulation, check out some more interviews here!)
